The new North Terminal Redevelopment (NTR) Project is a new 800,000 square foot Terminal and Concourse. The terminal is a three level building:

            - Departure Level: Ticketing, check-in, concessions, airline ticket offices, gate boarding lounges, departure lobby, moving walkways, public toilets, etc.
            - Arrival Level: Bag claim, arrivals lobby, inbound/outbound baggage, airline support offices/facilities, public toilets, etc.
            - Basement Level: Utility corridor, storage, miscellaneous operations.

The NTR Program includes the new terminal building and concourses, Aircraft Apron, Hydrant Fueling System, Utilities, Security System, Baggage System, Jet Bridges, Roadways, Landscaping, and utility tie-ins to the existing infrastructure. The current anticipated completion date is mid 2008. The new facility is located on the site of the existing Davey Terminal, Airport Hotel and between the L.C. Smith Terminal and the Berry International Terminal.

All contractors and consultants interested in bidding any portion of the project must complete, in its entirety, the Pre-Qualification Form. This Form can be completed and submitted online.
